Overview
Mimi Sandeva is a Merchant Business Owner located in Australia. She deals in buying and selling youth wear for different occasions. She observed that her clients could not buy her products until they met her in person or chatted about product inquiries, and payment means. While all this was too much to bear, she was enlightened on how an e-commerce website can make her business operate independently and reliably. I coached her on a 30-minute call and gave her a plan. I took some time to understand the nature and structure of her business. The long-term goal and what she intends to achieve with the website other than simply making sales through it. Here are the keynotes I was able to achieve and how I was able to incorporate them on the website:
Keypoints
Build a loyal customer base through a newsletter who can continuously be updated about her products, and marketing offers, actively engage her socials, and get sales faster through them
A self-sufficient website capable of handling customers' inquiries, complaints, and worries, and supporting them through the FAQ page and the Contact Us page for personalized support.
And, A product catalog section on the home page where customers can always be aware of the availability of their products.
The project is ongoing at the moment, as the payment integration is not yet functional. However, in a few weeks, before the website is launched, it will be fully functional.
